新房买了几年了，一直没有装修，其间的风风雨雨一言难尽。
今年终于收了房。
收房时，物业要补齐以前的物业费。经过交涉，只象征性的补了一个月。
从6月16日开始装修，找了几家装修公司，不是价格太高，就是材料不好。——当然有钱就另当别论了。最后请了住在小区的一个装修队。（他说原来也是装修公司的，现在飞单自干）
