 因结婚照被北京通州区一家酒楼作为婚宴宣传照所用，周杰伦起诉该酒楼侵犯其肖像权，要求公开赔礼道歉，并索赔经济损失及精神损失费110万元。据悉，通州法院已受理此案。

 周杰伦起诉称，自己作为 艺人，其肖像承载着巨大的经济价值和精神价值，受到法律保护。今年3月26日，其发现位于北京市通州区某街的一家婚宴酒楼在酒楼墙面上悬挂了巨幅的其与妻子的结婚照广告进行商业宣传，而其本人并未授权该酒楼使用其与妻子的肖像进行商业宣传，该行为实属为谋取经济利益而擅自使用其肖像，给其带来了极大的不良影响，造成了严重的后果。于是，周董拍案而起，诉诸法律。
